User Responsibilities

Service Availability

MiniDM is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain reliability, uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Platform Compliance

MiniDM is built using Meta's official APIs and only requests permissions required to provide Instagram messaging automation functionality.

Users are expected to comply with Meta's Platform Policies, Instagram's Terms of Use, and all applicable regulations when using the application.

Changes to the Service

MiniDM reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the application or its functionality at any time when necessary.

Limitation of Liability

MiniDM and its developer shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

Users acknowledge that Instagram and Meta platform functionality may change from time to time, which could affect the operation of MiniDM.

Intellectual Property

The MiniDM application, its branding, documentation, and website content are the intellectual property of the developer unless otherwise stated.
